Job Description
An exciting opportunity for an HR Executive.
Our client, in the services space, is currently seeking a Human Resource Executive (Risk and Compliance) to join their finance team in Umhlanga.
Duties:
- HR statutory & SOP compliance
- Training and Development
- Appointment and contracting, onboarding and probation, promotion/demotion, and terminations
- Performance management
- Working on pay scales, remuneration and incentive systems
- Quotas, travel, visas and permits for expats
- Industrial relations (wage negotiations, disciplinaries, employee engagement platforms, grievances, arbitration, mediation, unrest/strike management)
- Degree in Human Resources (minimum requirement)
- Honours in Human Resources (beneficial)
- 10+ yearsxe2x80x99 experience in a similar role
- Large payroll headcount (experience required)
