Job Description


REQUIREMENTS

  • Matric
  • Bachelorxe2x80x99s Degree in Human Resources or related field beneficial.
  • 5-8 Years HR Experience
  • Strong computer skills in MS Office suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Administration Experience Preferred
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Strategic Partner: Collaborating with business leaders to align HR strategies with overall business objectives
  • Ensure all employee information in the HR information system is accurate and up-to-date.
  • HR Policy and Compliance: Ensuring that HR policies and practices are in line with employment laws and regulations, and company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure that utmost confidentiality is maintained for all sensitive HR information.
  • Support HR, Payroll, IT and Operations where necessary
  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
  • Assist with HR administration.
  • Making sure that employees follow all policies and procedures.
  • Familiar with all legislative laws, e.g. BCESA, LRA, EE, BBBEE etc.
  • Adhoc support to, HR Executive and Distribution Centre Managers
  • Recruitment and selection experience
  • Onboarding & Induction
  • Employee Engagement (Company Culture Custodian)
  • Industrial Relations Experience (3 years)
  • Travel 10 xe2x80x93 20% of the time regionally
