Bachelorxe2x80x99s Degree in Human Resources or related field beneficial.
5-8 Years HR Experience
Strong computer skills in MS Office suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Administration Experience Preferred
RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Partner: Collaborating with business leaders to align HR strategies with overall business objectives
Ensure all employee information in the HR information system is accurate and up-to-date.
HR Policy and Compliance: Ensuring that HR policies and practices are in line with employment laws and regulations, and company policies and procedures.
Ensure that utmost confidentiality is maintained for all sensitive HR information.
Support HR, Payroll, IT and Operations where necessary
Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
Assist with HR administration.
Making sure that employees follow all policies and procedures.
Familiar with all legislative laws, e.g. BCESA, LRA, EE, BBBEE etc.
Adhoc support to, HR Executive and Distribution Centre Managers

Onboarding & Induction
Employee Engagement (Company Culture Custodian)
Industrial Relations Experience (3 years)
Travel 10 xe2x80x93 20% of the time regionally
