The HC Admin Officer is responsible for supporting the day-to-day Human Capital (HC) operational requirements for the business area, including on-boarding, off-boarding, benefits administration, performance management tracking, talent management tracking and other general human capital-related activities. The HC Admin Officer will also be required to support the implementation of the HC Strategy through key HC initiatives, as required.
In delivering HC support to the business, the HC Admin Officer must always ensure compliance with business requirements and relevant labour legislation. The incumbent also acts as an employee champion and change agent and is responsible for driving the values and culture of the organisation.
