Key performance Areas
- Assist with Recruitment, Selection, Appointment Prepare documentation relevant to new appointments and induction and coordinate interviews;
- Assist with the coordination of training events and the effective administration and capturing of Training & Development;
- Assist with administration of IODs, staff medicals, and other health, safety and wellness related administration;
- Assist with personnel queries;
- HR and benefits administration;
- Assist with Time and Attendance and basic payroll functions of junior staff;
- General administration and filing.
Minimum Requirements & Competencies
- Relevant certificate or diploma in a Human Resources field. Additional technical courses will be advantageous;
- 2 - 5 years working experience in the areas of HR administration and reporting, recruitment, raining, payroll, and additional HR functions;
- Fully bilingual (fluency in English and Afrikaans);
- Highly computer literate with working knowledge of MS Office / G-Suite at intermediate level;
- VIP Payroll experience will be advantageous;
- Strong administration and organisational skills are imperative;
- Must be able to work under pressure and be adaptable to a variety of working environments;
- A valid drivers license and own reliable transport will be advantageous;
