About Our Client
Role Overview:
Looking for an experienced and dynamic Human Resource Manager to lead the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with the company's vision and objectives. Must be well adept in Payroll.

• Lead full-cycle talent acquisition, workforce planning, and employer branding efforts to attract and retain top talent.
• Oversee payroll processing, statutory compliance, and the management of competitive remuneration and employee benefits.
• Drive learning and development initiatives, performance management, and succession planning across the organisation.
• Champion Employment Equity and transformation strategies, ensuring compliance with legislation and organisational goals.
• Manage employee relations, disciplinary procedures, and CCMA matters while supporting a fair and legally compliant workplace.
• Administer HR operations, policies, reporting, and HRIS systems to ensure efficiency and data accuracy.
• Promote SHEQ and ISO compliance, ensuring workplace health and safety standards are met and maintained.

The Successful Applicant
Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or related field (NQF Level 7).
• Minimum of 8 years' experience in HR, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role.
• Deep understanding of South African labour legislation (LRA, BCEA, EE Act, SDA, etc.).
• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems (e.g., SAGE 300 People) and LMS platforms. NB!

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and HR analytics tools.
• Results-driven, adaptable, and people-focused.
• Conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
• Strategic thinking with attention to detail.

Additional Requirements:

• Willingness to travel to branch locations as required within South Africa
• Familiarity with HIRA processes and SHEQ standards is essential.
