Inspired is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to lead and manage all HR functions across a network of schools in South Africa. Working closely with the HR Director, school leaders, and management teams, the HR Manager will drive the strategic HR agenda to support the growth and development of our educational institutions. This role is pivotal in ensuring the delivery of high-quality HR services to over 800 employees within our organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
As the HR Manager, your key responsibilities will include:Overseeing end-to-end recruitment processes and onboarding activities to ensure the acquisition of top talent
Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in line with best practices and legal requirements
Managing employee relations, conducting performance reviews, and providing guidance on complex HR matters
Designing and facilitating training sessions and workshops to enhance employee development and engagement
Ensuring compliance with labor laws, industry regulations, and internal policies to maintain a fair and inclusive work environment
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
The ideal candidate for the HR Manager position will possess: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
Proven experience in human resources management with a focus on operational excellence and strategic HR initiatives
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders and build collaborative relationships
Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, retention strategies, and workforce planning
Proficiency in using HR information systems and standard office software to streamline HR processes and data management
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and stay updated on HR trends and innovations
