Human Resource Manager
Job Description
Job Summary We are looking for a Talented Human Resource Manager to oversee all aspects of HR functions within our automotive company in South Africa. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support the company's objectives and foster a positive work culture.
Duties: Responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support the company's objectives and foster a positive work culture. Responsible for Recruitment and Selection Responsible for Employee Relations, Engagement. Responsible for Performance Management Responsible to Maintain HR Records Responsible for training coordination as and when required. Responsible for compliance as per labour law and regulations on all HR matters
Requirements: 3 xe2x80x93 5 Years Human Resource experience on Coordination or Management Level within the Automotive / OEM sector In depth Knowledge of South Africa Labour Law Human Resources qualification Bachelors Degree preferred. Strong understanding of HR best practices, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations
