The HR Manager will play a pivotal role in managing the human resources functions within a fast-paced financial Services Group
 & investment company. The role requires a well-rounded HR professional with a strong background in organizational
 development, change management, performance management, and experience within the finance sector beneficial. The HR /
 People Manager will lead initiatives to improve employee engagement, wellbeing, training and development, and foster a
 positive and high-performing workplace culture. 
Education & Qualifications 
 - Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
 - Proven expertise in organizational development, change management, performance management, and employee
 wellbeing.
 - Experience in the finance industry, with knowledge of financial regulations and HR implications in this context.
 - Strong communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
 - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to a fast-changing environment. 
Relevant experience
 - 3 8 years experience working within HR Management or similar position.
