We're looking for motivated HR / People graduates to join our business and gain hands-on workplace experience across core people practices. This role is designed to bridge the gap between theory and practice, providing exposure to HR operations while building strong foundational skills for a career in Human Resources.
Graduates will work closely with experienced line managers and HR teams, supporting day-to-day people processes and contributing to initiatives that enable business performance and employee experience.
Key responsibilities
Provide administrative and operational support across HR activities
Assist with recruitment coordination, onboarding, and employee documentation
Support learning, development, and performance-related processes
Prepare reports, maintain accurate records, and ensure data integrity
Engage with internal stakeholders and support ad hoc HR projects
Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and governance standards
Minimum requirements
Diploma or Degree in a relevant field, such as:
Human Resources
Human Resource Management
Advanced Diploma in HR
Industrial Psychology (or related People discipline)
Strong communication and organisational skills
Willingness to learn, adapt and work in a fast-paced environment
Work experience advantageous
