Job Description


Our client who is a Digital Agency is currently looking for a Human Resource Business Partner, in Johannesburg.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Lead and proactively manage the people management agenda for assigned internal clients.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with these clients, implementing human resources practices and recommending effective solutions to meet departmental business needs.
  • Effectively handle the following aspects for assigned clients:
  • Change management
  • Talent management
  • Performance management
  • Capacity building
  • Learning and development
  • Reward and recognition
  • Employee relations
  • Work with managers in identifying and preparing development plans for employees as per team objectives.
  • Manage the recruitment process with HR Administrators in drafting job descriptions, identifying alternative recruitment methods and ensuring a seamless onboarding process of any new staff members.
  • Advise and assist line managers on compliance with the company policies, procedures and associated disciplinary action in a fair and consistent manner as per legislative requirements.
  • Drive leadership and management competence at all levels of management.
  • Keep abreast of all legislative changes and HR best practises.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in a similar role.
  • Key understanding and practical experience in HR practices and projects (Change, Talent and Performance Management, L&D, Reward & Recognition, Employee Relations).
  • Analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Working experience in a call centre environment advantageous.
  • Solid recruitment and employee relations experience.
  • Generalist HR experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Solution orientated.
  • Demonstrate sound knowledge of HR policies, procedures and processes, plus a deep understanding of the business and relevant stakeholders and how these impact on the HR area of responsibility.
  • Strong relationship building, interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Ability to multi-task and prior.
Renumeration:
  • Dependent on qualification and experience.
