HR Practitioner
Purpose
To provide an effective human resources service by adhering and facilitating compliance to SA statutory legislation and regulations, reducing business risk whilst continuously striving to improve the service to our customers.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Selection
- Death in Service
- Benefits Counselling and Support
- Human Resources Administration
- Third Party Payments
- SAP HR Administration and Maintenance
- Adhoc Administration
- Good written English communication skills/report writing skills
- Interviewing /Targeted Selection Skills
- Knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint and SAP HR
- Excellent MS Excel Knowledge
- Code EB Driverxe2x80x99s License
- Good arithmetic Ability
- Basic statistical knowledge and experience
- B Degree in HR/Industrial Psychology
- 3 - 5 years relevant experience in Human Resources, of which experience in recruitment, benefits, statistical analysis is essential.
