HR & Payroll Administrator Johannesburg
Salary: R23-25K CTC Permanent
Purpose of Position:
Complement Recruitment are recruiting for a HR & Payroll Administrator for a permanent position based in Isando Johannesburg Gauteng. Minimum of 3 years experience of processing payroll. Salary R23 000 to R25 000 CTC, Provident fund contribution) and performance based 13th Cheque.

Minimum Requirements Qualifications And Skills

  • Matric
  • Diploma in HR or Equivalent (advantageous)
  • Minimum of 3 years experience of processing payroll
  • Systems Payspace and SAGE VIP Premier
Key Responsibilities of HR Admin
1. Reporting & Documentation:
o Prepare and submit HR reports to HR Manager.
o Submit a list of new employees to the Marketing Manager and Learning & Development Manager.
o Submit a list of terminated employees to IT.
o Extract requested documents for internal audits.
2. Employee Support & ESS Management:
o Assist employees with ESS (Payspace) registration and profile management.
o Create mock payslips for employee review.
o Provide branches with salary history for UIF documentation and assist with completing UIF documentation.
3. Personnel Records & Compliance:
o Organize and maintain personnel records (both electronic and hard copy).
o Complete UIF documentation for Head Office staff.
o Consolidate IR input from branches and update the Master IR Disciplinary Tracking document.
4. Onboarding & Requisition Management:
o Submit Head Office Staff Requisitions, EAAs, and Employee Adjustments via the onboarding app.
o Assist with updating job descriptions.
o Provide administrative support in updating company policies.
5. HR Administration Support:
o Issue employee numbers and manage (de)activation of PMN for employees.
o Assist the HR Manager with new starter notices, access forms (Alex Forbes), and long service lists for
certificates.
o Compile documents for B-BBEE audits and support transformation officers.
o Capture employee surveys
6. Compliance & Background Checks:
o Conduct criminal, credit, and qualification checks for Head Office and selected branches.
7. General Administration:
o Handle various general HR administrative duties as needed.
8. Learnership Payroll:
o Receive payroll input from branches & process learnership payroll & send to branches to confirm that
o Onboarding and terminating learners on payroll
