Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Human resources Professional to manage and oversee end-to-end HR functions for our company. The Ideal candidate will play a key role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, supporting a productive workforce and ensuring compliance with labour laws and organizational policies.

Recruitment and Staffing:

Overseeing the entire hiring process, including creating job descriptions, sourcing candidates, interviewing, and selecting staff.

Onboarding and Training:

Developing onboarding procedures and managing employee training and development programs.

Employee Relations and Culture:

Acting as a link between management and employees, addressing employee concerns, mediating disputes, and fostering a positive work environment.

Performance Management:

Facilitating performance reviews, providing feedback, and managing disciplinary actions.

Compliance and Risk Management:

Ensuring all company policies and procedures adhere to labor laws and regulations.

Compensation and Benefits:

Developing, reviewing, and managing employee compensation, benefits, and payroll systems.

Strategic Planning:

Collaborating with executive leadership to align HR strategies with business goals, including workforce planning and succession planning.

HR Administration:

Maintaining records, managing HR technology, and supervising HR staff.

Payroll:

Manage end-to-end payroll operations for all employees as well as HR systems.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience

Bachelors degree in Human resource management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: R25000,00 - R35000,00 per month
