Design expatriate and local personnel management plans, including visa applications, salary subsidies, acculturation training, etc., to reduce cross-border employment risks
Talent Acquisition and Retention
- Formulate localized recruitment strategies, attract technical and management talentsthrough social recruitment and professional headhunting channels, and focus onsupplementing the shortage of positions in the field of construction machinery
- Establish an employee relations management mechanism to handle labor disputes andcollective bargaining, and maintain harmonious employment relations
Organization and cultural construction
- Promote the implementation of the parent company's culture overseas, designcross-cultural training programs, and improve the efficiency of collaboration betweenChinese and foreign teams
Compensation and benefits management
- Design a competitive compensation system that includes basic salary, performance bonuses, and long-term incentives, balancing cost control with market benchmarking
- Connect with local insurance institutions to establish medical and pension benefits, and handle tax declarations and social security payments
Job Requirements
Professional competence
- At least 5 years of overseas HR experience, familiar with the labor laws of the target country, and holding an international HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP) is preferred
- Proficient in payroll, tax compliance and supplier management, with the ability to design compensation plans and analyze labor costs
Language and culture
- Fluency in English (business communication barrier-free), local language is preferred
- Experience in cross-cultural team management, understanding the differences betweenChinese and Western management, and being able to effectively coordinate the needs of headquarters and overseas branches
Industry adaptation
- Familiar with the characteristics of talents in the construction machinery industry, and understand the demand for human resources in business links such as equipment manufacturing and after-sales service
- Experience in overseas mergers and acquisitions or building HR systems for new companies is preferred
Comprehensive quality
- Possess the ability to predict risks, identify potential employment compliance hazards in a timely manner, and propose solutions
