Among other things, you will be expected to perform the following:
Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
Providing counselling on policies and procedures
Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
Create and implement effective onboarding plans.
Develop training and development programs.
Assist in performance management processes.
Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.
Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
Office Administration & Training
Ensure the tender is presented in a professional manner.
Delivering advice to internal teams on the most effective and efficient way to publish their digital content.
Assist with the production of final tender documents.
Providing training to service users on how to use content management systems.
Requirements:
South African unemployed youth between the ages of 18 and 34.
Must not have participated on the programme before.
Recent completion of a high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
Physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Willingness to learn and follow safety guidelines.
Aged between 18 and 34.
Preferred Skills:
A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow.
Basic understanding of workplace cleanliness practices.
Participation in relevant coursework or training programs.
