Job Description
Fouriesburg Area xe2x80x93 Free State: Our client is looking for a Senior HR (Human Resources) Agricultural / Packhouse Manager xe2x80x93 Farming to join the team. Only candidates with the relevant experience will be considered. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- National Diploma/ Degree in HR
- Agricultural and or Business Diploma / Degree advantageous
- Previous Agricultural related experience
- At least 5-10-yearsxe2x80x99 experience in operational environment, preferably agriculture
- Previous packhouse experience essential
- Experience with working with BRC / HACCP advantageous
- Computer literacy in MS Office (excel, outlook, word)
- Previous HR experience essential
- Must have strong management skills
- Ability to motivate employees and drive organizational change and development
- Ability to drive improved productivity out of season
- Must be well-organised with great leadership qualities
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work with and motivate a team
