About the Role
We're on the lookout for an HR Generalist with a strong 60% focus on Recruitment-someone who knows how to attract, assess and place the right people in the right seats. The rest of your time will be spent adding value across:
Mystery Shopping (yes, you'll go undercover to evaluate customer experience!)
Basic Training Facilitation
General HR Support
This role includes a subsistence allowance when traveling and offers a hands-on opportunity to influence both client and internal success.
What You'll Be Doing
Full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, placing
Conducting mystery shopping visits and compiling feedback reports
Delivering onboarding and foundational training sessions
Supporting general HR functions (employee files, policies, admin, etc.)
Traveling across regions (~50 days per year) to perform in-field assignments
What We're Looking For
HR Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management
1-3 years of solid recruitment and HR experience
Valid driver's license and own vehicle
Experience gained within an Agency environment will be to your advantage
A professional communicator, written and verbal
Sharp observer - detail-driven and objective in reporting
Willingness to travel nationally, with a valid driver's license
Passionate about people, service quality, and continuous improvement
R18,000 salary CTC + 20% commission structure
