Candidate Key Performance Outputs
Oversee day-to-day HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance
Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals and foster a culture of continuous improvement
Create and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and best practices
Develop initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention, conducting regular surveys and feedback sessions
Maintain and analyze HR metrics to identify trends, inform decision-making, and propose strategic initiatives
Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR-related issues, ensuring a supportive work environment
Candidate Requirements/Experience
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification (SHRM, CIPD) is a plus
Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with a strong focus on learning and development
Proven experience in a senior HR role, with a track record of successfully managing HR functions
Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to HR challenge
