Job Description
Responsibility for recruitment and HR support in the Organisation
Drive optimisation of the recruitment and HR processes in the Organisation
Master frameworks that power performance
In the role you will be responsible for:
Manage the recruitment for the Organisation - efficient and quality sourcing, screening and selection of Talent
Source and screen potential candidates for selected positions
Manage and liaise with our recruitment partners
Conduct interviews
Drive a strong performance culture through effective HR practices
Drive and uphold a strong Employer Brand
Provide HR support to HRD initiatives including on boarding of new starts
Drive consistent discipline implementation throughout the organisation
Responsible for HR compliance
Tertiary relevant qualification ( HR diploma or similar)
Minimum 5 years HR experience with a strong focus on recruitment and selection of Talent.
