HR Generalist Distribution / Transport / Logistics / Supply Chain
Johannesburg - Gauteng - South Africa
Reporting to the HR Director you will be required to provide day-to-day HR Generalist functions. Key to your success in the role is your strong human resources generalist experience gained in the distribution/logistics/supply chain sector.
Essential that you have recruited staff and can thoroughly explain the process from start to end. Hands-on expertise in training, and skilled in the world of SETAs, SAQA, WSP, Grants and rebates, etc. Skilled in an SDF role. Essential that you have BBbEE and submissions experience that includes meetings, verifications etc.
Essential Qualifications, Experience and Skills:
- Degree/ National Diploma in HR
- 5 years of HR experience required of which a minimum of 2 years as an HR Generalist.
- Must have a well-developed knowledge of and experience in the application of HR procedures and practices.
- Must have sound working knowledge of South African legislation, especially the Labour Relations Act, Employment Equity Act and Skills Development Act
- Excellent administrative skills and attention to detail
- Own transport
- Computer literate
