Introduction
Leading Fashion Retailer based in Capetown has an HR Executive role available.
Description
To provide a comprehensive HR service to the Group inclusive of the following: Organizational Development/Transformation, Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development, Industrial Relations (Discipline/Grievance Handling), Performance Management/Succession Planning, SHE/HR Admin/Liaison and Reporting, and Dept/Staff Management/Leadership.
Education Profile
Tertiary Industrial Psychology and/or Human Resources degree or equivalent
Post graduate qualification preferable
At least 10 years post qualification commercial experience, including at least 2 years at a senior/executive management level with budget accountability
Must have experience in the Clothing retail industry
