Job Summary
The HR Coordinator will provide human resources support to our dental practice, focusing on employee relations, recruitment, training, and ensuring compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations in South Africa
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment and Selection: Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and onboarding.
2. Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations, address grievances, and promote a harmonious work environment.
3. Training and Development: Coordinate training programs to support staff growth and development.
4. HR Administration: Maintain employee records, manage leave processes, and handle HR-related documentation.
5. Compliance: Ensure adherence to South African labour laws (e.g., BCEA, LRA).
6. Payroll and Benefits: Assist with payroll processes and benefits administration (if applicable).
7. Wellness Initiatives: Support employee wellness programs and initiatives.
