Are you a dynamic, self-driven, people-focused individual with strong HR Generalist and IR experience?
The Mr Price Home team are looking for a highly capable HRBP to provide support to senior management in the business through consultation and guidance in all HR Generalist areas including Employee Engagement, Performance Enablement, Employee Relations, representation at CCMA, Recruitment, Coaching and Developing associates, conducting inductions, coordinating HR projects, driving Succession Planning etc.
This role requires leadership skills, high EQ and the ability to make things happen. You will be exposed to contributing to and executing our People strategy, researching & implementing various innovative HR interventions and get the opportunity to be creative and solutions focused. You will need to show initiative, be agile & have the ability to make decisions and execute them.
It is critical for the successful applicant to build strong relationships with management through also coaching and developing them on leading their team more effectively.
Job Requirements:
- Matric
- Relevant Degree/Diploma
- Minimum 3 years HR generalist experience
- Detailed knowledge of employment legislation including Basic Conditions of Employment Act
- Employment Equity
- License and own vehicle
- Must be able to travel to Johannesburg at short notice and stay over night
- Experience in providing HR support to senior management.
- Extensive knowledge of people management & HR compliance legislation, policies and practices
- General knowledge of business
