Kimberly Hume is looking for a HR Assistant to work a 6-month rolling contract based in South Africa (Cape Town). Job Responsibilities:
Onboarding and Departures
Oversee all new engagements and terminations as to check that they are done correctly in terms of paperwork, information , files etc. in line with internal HR standards
Recruitment
Assist with the recruitment process by coordinating job postings, reviewing resumes Post vacancies to recruitment agencies.
Scheduling Interviews with hiring managers. Report interview feedback from hiring managers to HR Manager.
Maintain recruitment tracker on daily basis. Assist with ADHOC recruitment requirements
Employees records management.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, benefits enrolment, and performance evaluations. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and confidentiality requirements.
Administrative Support
Provide general administrative support to the HR department, such as managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, preparing reports, maintaining files and records, and handling HR-related documentation.
Additionally:
+1-2 years experience in outsourcing of telecommunication area.
Previous working experience in big telecommunication operators is preferred.an resources experience.
