BGR Alluvium Incorporated, located in Stellenbosch, is seeking to employ an
HR and Payroll Administrator
to join their team of professionals.

What you will be doing:
Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes (prepare job offers and employment contracts).
Manage all SAICA related administration
Submit and prepare annual WSP/ATR reports to FASSET
Chair the Health and Safety Committee and serve as First Aider
Process payroll accurately and on time for all employees and maintain records
Compensation and Benefit Administration
Monthly HR Reporting (absenteeism stats, headcount etc)
Organise and maintain employee records and policies
Market BGR at the Careers Fairs and Universities, as well as assist with basic marketing as and when required.
Assist with managing the office as required
What you will need:
Certificate/Diploma in Human Resources
At least 2 years HR Administration experience (Audit/Finance Industry experience would be advantageous)
Payroll Processing experience (GreatSoft payroll system would be advantageous)
Proficiency in MS Office
A valid driver's licence
High level of written and verbal communication in both Afrikaans and English
