Job Summary Position: HR Administrator

Location: Kwa-Dukuza

Minimum Qualification Requirements:

  • Grade 12
  • Degree, Diploma or Certification in Human Resources
  • 2-3 Years proven experience in an HR role.
Skills Required
  • Excellent telephone, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Sound knowledge of labour laws and practices.
  • Computer Literate
  • The ability to keep sensitive information confidential.
  • Must be approachable and helpful.
  • Strong critical thinking skills.
  • Good ethical judgement.
  • Attention to detail
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Support recruitment of staff, i.e shortlisting candidates, scheduling interviews, conduct reference checks
  • Prepare starter pack
  • Conduct HR induction for new starters
  • Arrange meetings and take minutes
  • Assist with scheduling training for employees, ensure invoices are paid and training is captured
  • Support HR projects as when required
  • Updating internal databases
  • Ensure HR personnel files are up to date
  • Assist with general HR administrative duties
  • Printing and distributing payslips, tax certificates, increase letters etc
  • Assist employees with HR related queries and requests
  • Assist with drafting HR correspondence
  • Assist with preparation of HR reports
  • Capture leave on Sage 300
  • Assist with IR matters
  • General HR Admin
  • Completion of UI19 forms
  • Conduct exit interviews
  • Assist with BEE Submission
  • Assist with Skills Development Submission
  • Perform any other duties as may be assigned by your departmental manager
