Experience in Performance management will be beneficial;

Provide managers with HR administrative support for all aspects of their HR responsibilities, including employment law and practice, disciplinary, grievance, performance and absence management.
Support the recruitment of employees with strong administrative practices.
Ensure consistent application and development of all administration matters relation to terms and conditions of employment.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
