What You'll Be Doing:

  • You'll be the first point of contact for employees, providing support and guidance on a range of inquiries with empathy and professionalism.

  • Your sharp eye for detail will be essential in maintaining accurate employee records and assisting with critical processes like payroll and benefits.
  • You will be a key player in managing attendance and punctuality by requesting and analysing clocking reports and leave balances, reporting on habitual offenders to management and IR.
  • You will also be the trusted guide in disciplinary and grievance processes, ensuring all documentation is accurate and meetings are scheduled seamlessly. Your exposure to dealing with shop stewards and unions will be a key part of your role.
  • You will support various HR initiatives, from safety programs and training to employee engagement events.
What We Are Looking For:
  • A Human Resources Diploma/Degree.
  • At least 5 years of proven experience as an HR Administrator, with significant exposure at a manufacturing plant level.

  • A genuine passion for supporting people and a proactive approach to work.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • The ability to confidently read and write in English.
  • A natural team player.
Your Attributes:
  • You are exceptionally organised and a master of managing multiple tasks.
  • You understand the importance of discretion and confidentiality.
