Job Description
Our clientxc3x82 is seeking an reliable and motivated HR Administrator to join their team based in East Rand, Gauteng
Minimum Requirements:xc3x82
- Matric (Grade 12)
- 1-2 yearsxc3xa2xc2x80xc2x99 experience as a HR Administrator
- Completed HR qualification
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
- Organising, maintaining and filing of personnel records
- Process and verify documents including but not limited to training, grievances, disciplinary hearings,xc3x82
- performance reviews, exit interviewsxc3x82
- Updating departmental organograms within the Company
- Making and capturing of minutes during meetings relative to HR
- Ordering department stationery
- Ordering of staff uniforms and administer the process
- Facilitate the recruitment process including but not limited to typing and placing job ads, liaising with agencies when required, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, booking of meeting rooms, conducting background checks
- Submit employee documentation to payroll timeously
- Provide admin support to the HR Generalist
- Meeting deadlines and tasksxc3x82
- Compile HR stats and ad hoc reportingxc3x82
- Participate in HR Initiative plans and organising thereof
- Any other reasonable and lawful duties required by the HR Generalist
- High level of confidentiality
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Flexibility and willing to learn
- Juggle various administrative tasks in a timely manner
