Our client, a well-known manufacturing organization is seeking to employ a HR administrator.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

Ensure that Kronos Time and Attendance system is optimized for weekly & Monthly payroll.
Checking that hours worked by employees are properly authorized by relevant Dept Head timeously
Processing of weekly & monthly Input accurately and on time
Capturing of leave, training & Disciplinaries on R System
Generate various reports as required g., overtime, leave, sick leave, training
Ensure that all HR Administration for New Engagements & Exiting employees is completed timeously and well maintained for record purposes.
Assist weekly & monthly staff with medical aid queries, Loan applications
Ensure that all H.R administration for Retirement Fund home Loans / Beneficiary forms / Funeral Claims is completed accurately and on time
Assist with Ad hoc R duties as required from time to time

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Grade 12 Qualification
Incumbent must be computer literate (MS Office xe2x80x93 Excel, Word, Microsoft Outlook)
Post-matric qualification e. H.R National Diploma
Knowledge of applicable software e.: Kronos, Mpower; Saflec
Knowledge of Labour Law Legislations
