Hotel Management Diploma/Degree an advantage
Supervisor experience within housekeeping of minimum 4 years
Guest service experience an advantage
MS Office Knowledge a must
Knowledge of Semper system preferably
Linen and PAR level experience.
Attention to detail
Must be fluent in English, additional language an advantage

You will be responsible for planning, organizing, and developing the day to day operation of the housekeeping department in accordance with The Hyde standards and guidelines along with assuring that the highest degree of quality guest care is maintained by housekeeping staff. Responsible for checking rooms, allocations, linen counts, on the job training, trolley inspections, issuing of minibar etc.
Manage the daily activities of the Housekeeping department to include appropriate cleaning of all offices, passages, seating areas, bathrooms, restaurants, conference rooms, suites, and all public spaces.
Planning, organizing and directing team members to ensure the highest degree of guest satisfaction.
Daily supervision of the housekeeping staff
Daily supervision of the Public area staff
Purchase, re-order and maintain housekeeping supplies and inventory.
Conduct inspections of all rooms, passages, bathrooms, seating areas and public areas.
Assist with training all new housekeeping staff members.
Assist with maintaining the housekeeping expenses within the budget.
Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and conduct.
Knowledge of safety standards within Housekeeping department.
