Hotel Reservationist
Job Description
Babylonstoren has an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and detail-orientated Hotel Reservationist to join its dynamic team!
Requirements:
A relevant diploma/degree in hospitality would be advantageous
Previous experience as a hotel reservationist would be advantageous
Well-presented, engaging, and professional individual
Reliable and hardworking
Fluency in Afrikaans and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Willingness and availability to work hospitality hours, including weekends and public holidays
Computer literate
Experience in using the OPERA software system would be advantageous
Responsibilities:
Managing and confirming hotel room reservations
Liaising with booking agents
Conducting site inspections
Communicating effectively with guests and colleagues
