Hotel Receptionist

DUTIES AND RESPOSIBILITIES:

Greet hotel guests, answer any questions or concerns.
Provide an outstanding guest experience.
Maintain an orderly front desk.
Operate computer programs and multi-line phone systems.
Maintain guest records and book reservations.
Complete basic cashier and bookkeeping responsibilities.
Contact necessary staff to solve problems when challenges arise, ensuring guest comfort.
Co-ordinate and ensure everything is compliant operationally.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Grade 12 or equivalent.
Tertiary qualification in Hospitality/Tourism would be an advantage.
Previous experience in customer service, front desk, or hospitality-related roles.
Fluent in English.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain a positive attitude and remain calm and composed under pressure.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Proficient in using computer systems for reservations and guest management.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Solid written and verbal communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: R250.00 per day Ability to commute/relocate:
