Hotel Marketing Coordinator
to join our team.
We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Coordinator to support the hotels marketing, communications, and brand initiatives. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality, have a keen eye for detail, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Experience & Requirements
Minimum 23 years experience in marketing, communications, or brand management, preferably within the hospitality industry
Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field advantageous
Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing, and content creation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) preferred
South African citizen with a valid ID
Duties & Responsibilities
Assist in planning, developing, and executing marketing campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and bookings
Manage the hotels social media channels, website content, and digital communications
Create engaging marketing materials, newsletters, and promotional content in line with brand standards
Support PR activities, media relations, and influencer collaborations
Monitor and report on campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement
Coordinate events, activations, and promotional activities in line with hotel objectives
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure marketing consistency across all guest touchpoints
Maintain an up-to-date media and contact database
Uphold the hotels brand values and visual identity in all communications
