HOTEL GUEST-RELATIONS OFFICER
DOHA- Qatar (Middle East)
Starting Date: A.S.A.P (Visa pending)

Reports to: HR Manager

- He/she is responsible for the overall smooth and economical running of the Front Office department.
- Strong accent is to be given to the hospitality towards the guest as a prime goal and thus to maintain and develop the attitude of the related staff.
- Close co-ordination between, Housekeeping, GRO's as well as Food and Beverage
- To maintain our standards of quality and service and facilities in all departments over which he/she has responsibility and authority.
- Assisting his/her supervisor in supervising and implementing the Operational Standards as well as the Hotel's internal rules and regulations.
- At least ONE full year hotel experience (after graduation)
- Hospitality related qualification
- BONUS - Secretarial or Administration qualification
- Impecably groomed and very well presented
- Confident and clear demand of the English vocabulary (read, write & speak)
- Confident using hotel & booking systems (computer / other electronics)
- Outgoing and positive personality
- Good understanding of multi-cultural environments
- Eager to learn - attend regular training sessions offered by the Company
