A tertiary qualification in Hospitality Management would be advantageous
Minimum 2 yearsxe2x80x99 operational experience in the Front Office of a luxury hotel is essential
Must be proficient in the use of various well-known Property Management systems
Excellent verbal and written skills are important
Must be conversant with specialist terminology including F&B service, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Wardrobe, Security and Operational Finance
A sense of urgency and dedication to meeting the needs and wishes of others will required for this role
Must be willing and able to work shifts, including night shift
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Managing guestxe2x80x99s arrival and check-in, guest relations and interactions, departure, checkout and billing.
Coordinating the seamless execution of services, including booking of restaurants, transport, etc.
Recommend, upsell and cross sell services, including partner experiences.
Ensuring positive interdepartmental and colleague communication.
Monitoring O (zero) status and management accounts.
Providing guest feedback reporting, utilising Revinate, TripAdvisor, E-mails, etc.
Following and enforcing all Health and Safety processes and procedures whilst maintaining the privacy of all guests.
