• Ensure a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure, exceeding expectations at every touchpoint.
• Welcome and introduce guests in a warm, professional manner.
• Efficiently process check-in and check-out procedures.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth guest transitions.
• Assist guests with bookings, tours, transfers, and personalized itineraries.
• Verify accuracy of guest information, profiles, and rates.
• Act as a liaison between guests and internal departments to meet their needs.
• Maintain and update guest profiles and key documents (e.g., day sheets, call logs, itineraries).
• Report maintenance concerns and assist with guest communications.
• Coordinate and track guest transfers, ensuring bookings and charges are accurate.
• Support Spa, Housekeeping, and Restaurant teams when necessary.
• Participate in monthly night audits, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

• Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality.
• 23 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong administrative skills and excellent computer literacy.
• Genuine passion for the hospitality industry.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong customer service orientation with exceptional people skills.
• Ability to maintain professional relationships with colleagues across cultures and departments.
• Comfortable interacting with distinguished clientele.
• Punctual, well-presented, and self-disciplined.
• Highly detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive.
