DUTIES:
- Responsible for all hotel services/daily operations e.g. guest relations, arrivals, departures, reservations, front desk, housekeeping, maintenance and revenue management
- Expense/budget management
- Team building and employee development
- HR (Recruiting, salaries, staff contracts and documents)
- Overseeing all stock sheets
- +10 years experience in hospitality
- Must be able to work shifts / weekends / public holidays
- Must have own transport
- PMS and reservations experience
