Job Summary Job Overview:

As the Hotel General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the hotel in Tashkent. You will be responsible for ensuring that the hotels meet and exceed customer expectations and deliver outstanding service. You will lead and manage the hotel teams to achieve the highest possible standards of performance and profitability. The hotels are Rooms and F&B Focused, and therefore experience in this areas is essential with pre-opening experience.
Must be proficient in cost reduction/budget controls, team training & mentoring, quality assurance standards, problem-solving, general management and administration, guest relations, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotels.
Ensure that the hotels meet and exceed customer expectations.
Drive revenue and profitability in the hotels.
Ensure that the hotels operate within budgetary guidelines.
Develop and implement strategies to improve hotel performance.
Recruit, train, and mentor the hotels' teams to achieve high-performance standards.
Implement and maintain quality assurance standards across the hotels.
Solve any operational problems that may arise in the hotels.
Maintain a strong relationship with guests and ensure that their needs are met.
Manage the hotels' administration, including financial and operational reporting.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with pre-opening experience.
Fluency in Russian and English, both written and verbal.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and manage a team.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Ability to manage budgets and control costs.
