We are looking to appoint a Hospitality Concierge person to service and manage a relatively new Hotel that was launched in late 2024.
Key functions of this role include online and telephonic guest communication, concierge duties and on-site guest assistance.
The successful person will work closely with the General Manager, Security & Housekeeping departments to ensure that guest queries and or challenges are addressed professionally and timeously.
Going the extra mile to ensure a hassle free and enjoyable guest experience is the overall key performance activity of this role.
