As Concierge , you will be the primary point of contact for all in-house guests, ensuring their requests, feedback, and needs are met with efficiency, professionalism, and warmth. You will supervise bell staff, coordinate guest arrivals and departures, manage luggage handling, and assist with messages, mail, and packages.
A key responsibility is to provide guests with accurate, courteous information about local attractions, activities, restaurants, and events, while developing strong relationships with external suppliers to meet guest requests. You will work closely with valet, bell attendants, and other departments to ensure flawless service throughout the guest journey.
Additionally, you will assist in charge reconciliation for concierge services (e.g., tours, flowers, car rentals) and maintain a well-organised desk and storage area. The role requires anticipating guest needs, resolving complaints efficiently, and maintaining the highest standards of personal presentation, professionalism, and conduct at all times. Health and Safety compliance within the department is essential.
2-3 years experience in a similar role at a luxury or high-end hotel
Graduate from a recognised hotel management school
Valid PDP driver's license
Fluent in English; additional languages advantageous
Strong interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills
Professional, polished, and guest-focused
Fully referenceable, with a stable work history
