The Host will serve as the first point of contact for all guests, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth operations from arrival to departure.
Key responsibilities include greeting and seating guests, managing reservations, assisting with guest enquiries, and coordinating closely with the kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless service.
The ideal candidate is approachable, energetic, and able to manage multiple priorities in a busy hospitality environment. You will contribute to creating a positive impression for all guests while supporting the front-of-house team to deliver consistently high service standards.
Previous experience in a front-of-house, guest service, or hospitality role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Energetic, professional, and service-focused
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Fully referenceable with a stable employment history
