Our client, a high-end coastal hospitality property on the North Coast of KwaZulu-Natal, is seeking a Temp Sous Chef for a 3-month contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled culinary professional to contribute to a busy, premium kitchen. Salary: R12,000 - R16,000 per month, depending on experience.

The Temp Sous Chef will support the Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations, including food preparation, supervision of junior kitchen staff, maintaining hygiene standards, and assisting in menu execution. You will ensure that all dishes meet the property's high-quality standards while contributing to an efficient and organised kitchen environment.
