Key Responsibilities:

Leading the front-of-house team to deliver 5-star guest experiences.

Managing guest relations - from arrivals and hosting to feedback and special requests.

Coordinating with F&B, housekeeping, and activities to ensure seamless service delivery.

Training, mentoring, and motivating staff to maintain high hospitality standards.

p
Assisting with lodge administration, stock control, and daily operations.
/p

p
Maintaining service excellence, attention to detail, and a warm lodge atmosphere.

Requirements:

3-5 years' hospitality/lodge management experience (luxury environment preferred).

Exceptional guest service and hosting skills.
/p

Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Passion for delivering unforgettable guest experiences.
