HOSPITALITY GENERAL MANAGER - Langebaan | Lifestyle Estate | Opening Soon
Start Date December 2025 - Salary R35 000 - R40 000 pm
Launching a refined bistro and deli that combines coastal charm, artisanal food, and South African hospitality.
We are seeking a hands-on leader to oversee daily operations with structure, style, and heart.
Requirements
-Proven hospitality professional with experience managing premium dining or lifestyle establishments
-Deeply guest-focused, creating memorable service moments
-Financially sharp -- understanding GP%, stock control, and labour management
-Skilled at leading diverse teams with motivation, discipline, and empathy
-Calm under pressure, confident in decision-making
-Collaborate with chefs and ownership, ensuring seamless front and back-of-house synergy
Responsibilities
-Overseeing restaurant, deli, and retail operations
-Driving service standards and guest experience
-Recruiting, training, and mentoring staff
-Managing budgets, supplier relations, and daily reporting
-Contributing to strategy, innovation, and brand growth
