Job Description


Our client a Financial industry is currently looking for a Healthcare Administrator, in Durbanville.

Responsibilities:

  • Reception- Assist brokers to obtain necessary quotes.
  • Make sure quotes are accurate and agree to client information provided by broker and/or client and load client information on required systems.
  • Make sure all parties receive the necessary feedback. (i.e., client and brokers on status of request)
  • Remain accountable of all client requests received as the primary responsible person to ensure clients and broker requests are carried out in SLA in a professional manner.
  • Ensure client data meets the FICA requirements.
  • File all correspondence on and in prescribed systems and/or manner.
  • Assist brokers with compliance requirements.
  • Create and update client records with the focus on high quality and quantity of client data.
  • Send monthly review/renewal reminders to Financial Advisers.
  • Ensure that all processes are executed on WorkPool and completed within the required time frame.
  • Update the workflow daily with all follow-up tasks completed and document feedback.
  • Ensure that all fields are populated and that all the information are true and accurate to enable the compilation of reporting.
  • Ensure that all tasks are complete or within SLA.
  • Do weekly one on one with brokers regarding tasks that are pending (in progress).
  • Adviser relationship (Professional with all Financial Advisers)
  • Ensure that clients (advisers) experience with regards to service is sound.
  • Treat advisers as clients.
  • Manage adviser expectations to align with memorandum of understanding (Annexure A) and selected service model as per Adviser Agreement.
  • Initiate and execute on claims processes in SFP Centre of Excellence (COE).
  • Ensure a referral agreement is in place.
  • Ensure that client has an active policy in place (Medical and/or GAP).
  • Guidance to be supplied to client to complete claims on web platforms and obtain required supporting documents.
  • Follow up on execution of claim by the Product Provider within tasks SLA.
  • Complete task within SLA by obtaining confirmation from product providers.
Requirements:
  • RE5 xe2x80x93 Advantageous.
  • 1-2 yearsxe2x80x99 relevant Healthcare Administration work experience.
  • Strong administrative skills.
  • Systems, policy, and industry knowledge.
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English, and Afrikaans.
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
Remuneration:
  • Dependent on experience and qualification.
