The solution analyst is a member of the Project Management Business Area and is responsible for understanding business needs and collaborating with other technology stakeholders, product owners and business representatives to deliver high quality, technology based, business solutions.
KEY OUTCOMES (not limited to) Level 4 and 5 process elements
Conceptualise Business Need
Solution Analyst will, in collaboration with key stakeholders, provides technical/ functional assistance in identifying, evaluating and developing procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements for system requirements
Understand, capture and communicate business direction, challenges and requirements
Analyse, Design and Deliver Solutions
Plan and execute tasks / initiatives
Participate in solution discussion. Evaluate and propose solution approaches
System solution implementation and conduct periodic implementation reviews
Ensure that all solutions adhere to the Kaelo systems standard and best practice
Support business process change
Test all solution aspects including, but not limited to acceptance, security, performance, integration
Support work required to successfully pass through all relevant project gates
Deliver business solutions that include technology implementations and/or adaptations
Maintain and Manage Applications
Maintain current applications including but not limited to bug fixes, feature enhancements and performance tuning
Work closely with solution architects to ensure decisions meet long-term growth need for Kaelo
Facilitation and monitoring of technical implementation will be required
Work with external 3rd parties
Support continuous improvement of standard Kaelo systems practices
Knowledge
Keep abreast of latest trends in technology, industry and corresponding business domain

PERSON DETAILS: WORK EXPERIENCE
REQUIRED
Related experience in IT Help desk or telephony
Business Analysis Experience
Previous System Testing Experience
PREFERRED
Exposure and experience in SDLC xe2x80x93 Agile and BusDevOps
Effective verbal and written communication skill
Ability to interact with all levels within a business
EDUCATION: QUALIFICATIONS: ACCREDITATIONS WITH PROFESSIONAL BODY
REQUIRED
Related IT qualification
PREFERRED
TECHNICAL SKILLS OR KNOWLEDGE
REQUIRED
Strong troubleshooting skills; ability to identify patterns and generate ideas
Must be well organized, thrive in a sense-of-urgency environment, leverage best practices, and most importantly, innovate through any problem with a can-do attitude
Proven track record of work experience with various technologies
PREFERRED
Effective verbal and written communication skill
