Our Digital Research Solutions Analyst opportunity

The Digital Research Solutions Team plays a lead role in using a variety of technology platforms to support both qualitative and quantitative Account Teams to gain insights from consumers in creative ways. This role is focussed on quantitative methods, in particular chatbots, social listening, text analytics and other forms of conversational content.

As an Analyst within the digital team, you will work as the end-to-end point of contact with the research teams to support all elements of digital solutions. You will ensure that data is collected in the best way possible and utilise increasingly sophisticated analysis techniques to derive meaning from unstructured data.

This is an entry role into MMR and we'll provide training across all our platforms so you can support the research teams on our digital solutions. You'll set up a variety of projects using different platforms including but not limited to Chatbots, Social Listening and Text Analytics.

Requirements Although previous experience with digital research or customer experience tools (especially chatbots) is advantageous, relevant training will be provided across all platforms, so no prior experience is required. Much more important for this role is the following:

  • A problem solving mindset
  • Proactivity and willingness to figure out solutions to new challenges
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle and prioritise multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical skills or experience manipulating data
  • Tech-savviness and quick to pick up and master new software or programs
Relevant experience for the role includes:
  • Quantitative research of any kind (particularly survey programming, social listening, chatbots and text analytics)
  • Using or interacting with research platforms*
Extracting information and insight from research data and producing charts
  • Building models from data
