PPO Serve is seeking a skilled Health Informatics Analyst to ensure that health data is standardised, accurate, and clinically relevant for decision-making. This role bridges the gap between clinical practice and data management by applying health informatics principles to improve data quality, consistency, and usability. By ensuring that healthcare data is reliable and aligned with clinical needs, the Health Informatics Analyst plays a critical role in enabling meaningful analysis and supporting improved patient outcomes.

Have strong planning, organizing and time management skills. Be able to work independently as well as be a team player. Be able to multi-task effectively. Have strong communication and interpersonal skills. Be self-motivated, by taking an interest in the job, and obtaining satisfaction from the achievement of a job well done.

WHAT WE NEED YOU TO DO:



Validate and interpret clinical data with health stakeholders.

Maintain and document clinical KPIs.

Ensure compliance with health informatics standards.

Bridge technical and clinical domains to ensure usability of outputs.

Qualifications



Degree in Health Informatics, Clinical Informatics, or related field.

Experience



3+ years of experience in clinical or health data roles.

Skills and Attributes



Strong understanding of healthcare processes.

Ability to engage with clinicians and technical staff.

Advantageous

Experience with ICD, HL7, or similar standards.

Exposure to clinical quality improvement initiatives.
