Responsible for enabling business to provide fit for purpose solutions across the different areas of COO Finance. Assess strategic priorities, affordability, implement and adapt solutions to suit the conditions across different contexts to influence and steer achievement of business objectives. Priorities are determined with business leads to achieve overall strategic objectives.
Guide business in the implementation and delivery of programmes, projects and initiatives across the area to influence the delivery of strategic imperatives, operational efficiencies, while managing trade-offs in the best interests of the function as well as tracking of business performance and financial measures to accelerate delivery against strategic business goals.
Influence and inspiring business in driving transformational change through the delivery of strategic imperatives and operational efficiencies within a banking context, operating across multiple areas.

Research and advice on best practices to achieve strategic ambitions defined by the business.
Up to date on developments, trends, legislation and industry regulations within area of expertise.
To integrate data from a variety of sources to prepare fit for purpose management reporting to monitor performance across the Business Area and influence decision making and action planning for the health of the function.
To provide an integrated view of strategy operationalisation across a Business Area and advise on best practices to achieve strategic ambitions defined by the business.
